Nova Skip Privacy Policy
Summary: Nova Skip is an offline game. Gameplay, progress, virtual stardust, unlocked skins, and settings are stored locally on your device. The current release does not collect or share app data and contains no advertising, analytics, attribution, account, purchase, or cloud SDK.
FSD HOLDINGS LLC, publishing on Google Play under the developer name FSD Core ("we", "us", or "our"), provides the Nova Skip Android game (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the App, contact support, or visit this policy website.
1. Information processed on your device
The App stores the following gameplay information locally:
- Best score and total number of game runs.
- Locally earned virtual stardust.
- Unlocked and currently equipped cosmetic skins.
- Difficulty, haptic feedback, and particle-effect preferences.
This information is generated by your use of the App and is not personal account information. The App does not upload gameplay, progress, settings, device identifiers, or usage information to us.
2. Local storage, retention, and deletion
Gameplay progress and preferences remain in the App's private SharedPreferences storage until you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App. The App has no user account and no server-side player profile, so there is no account deletion process or server data deletion request.
Depending on your Android and Google account backup settings, Android may include eligible App preferences in system backup or device transfer. Those services are provided by the operating-system or backup provider. FSD Core does not operate the backup service and does not receive or access your backed-up gameplay data.
3. Permissions and system access
- Vibration: used only when haptic feedback is enabled.
The current release does not request Internet, advertising ID, camera, photo library, contacts, calendar, phone, SMS, location, microphone, notification, or billing permissions.
4. Advertising, analytics, and purchases
The current release contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, attribution SDK, crash-reporting SDK, remote configuration SDK, social SDK, account service, billing SDK, or network SDK. The App has no real-money purchases. Stardust and skins are local gameplay features and have no cash value.
5. Data collection and sharing
The App does not request Internet access and does not transmit app data to FSD Core or third parties. We do not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information, gameplay data, or device identifiers through the App.
6. Support communications
If you email us, we process the email address, message content, and any attachments you choose to send only to respond, troubleshoot, protect our rights, or comply with legal obligations. Email providers may process this information to deliver the communication. We retain support correspondence only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and do not sell it. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting us, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
7. Privacy website and company services
This public privacy website is hosted using Cloudflare Worker Static Assets. When you visit it, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser or user-agent details, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the page. We do not enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, advertising, cookies, forms, or other tracking scripts on this website. Cloudflare handles information under its Privacy Policy.
Website visits, support emails, and consulting-service communications are separate from the App's offline operation. The App does not contact this website or Cloudflare in the background. 8. Security
The App minimizes data exposure by operating offline and storing gameplay data in private app storage. No device or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so keep your device and operating system protected.
9. Children's privacy
The App does not collect personal information from children or other users. If a parent, guardian, or other person sends us information through a support email, they may contact us to request review or deletion, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App's behavior, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. We will publish the revised policy at the same public URL and update the effective date. Any future advertising, analytics, account, purchase, network, or cloud feature will require an updated policy and Google Play disclosure before release.
